Ninety. collects nothing, transmits nothing, and requires no permissions. The shortest privacy policy in the family — there is genuinely nothing to disclose.
01.What we collect
Nothing.
Ninety. has no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporters beyond Apple's standard opt-in System Diagnostics, no third-party SDKs, no advertising identifiers, no first-party identifiers, and no account system. We don't know how many times you've tapped the widget. We don't know whether you prefer Slow or Quick. We don't know that you've installed the app at all unless you tell us.
02.What permissions Ninety. asks for
None.
Ninety. does not request access to your microphone, location, contacts, photos, calendar, motion data, health data, or notifications. The audio is generated procedurally on your device — there is no recording.
03.What stays on your device
Everything that exists.
Your widget configuration (Slow or Quick) is stored by iOS as part of your widget instance — it never leaves your device. Ninety. does not use iCloud, does not run a backend, and does not communicate with any server during normal use.
04.The audio session
While Ninety. plays, it activates an iOS audio session that briefly lowers (ducks) the volume of any other audio playing on your device — Spotify, Apple Music, podcasts, etc. This is a system-level interaction with iOS audio routing; no audio data is shared with sthreelabs or with the apps being ducked. When the ninety-second session ends, the audio session is released and other apps return to full volume.
05.Purchase and downloads
The App Store handles your purchase. sthreelabs does not have access to your Apple ID, your payment information, or your purchase history. Apple may share aggregate, non-personal sales statistics with sthreelabs through App Store Connect (e.g., total downloads per country) — these statistics do not identify individual users.
06.Children
Ninety. is not directed to children under 13. The app collects no information from anyone, including children. There are no in-app communications, no social features, and no content uploaded by users.
07.Changes to this policy
If sthreelabs ever changes this privacy posture in a future version of Ninety., this page will be updated and the change will be noted in the App Store release notes for that version. The current version of this policy is dated below.
