Ninety.
Brown noise that breathes with you
Brown noise that breathes with you.
A one-tap control for the moments when the world is too much: in Control Center on iPhone, or Quick Settings on Android. One tap, ninety seconds of brown noise that gently pulses with a slow breath rhythm, and it ends on its own.

What it does
- Tap the Ninety. control in Control Center on iPhone, or its Quick Settings tile on Android, from any app, on any screen.
- Ninety seconds of brown noise fades in over three seconds.
- The noise pulses with a slow breath rhythm. Sync your own breathing to it as much, or as little, as you want.
- It fades out and ends on its own. No "stop" button to forget.
- Tap again partway through if you want to end early: the audio winds down gently, never cuts.
What it isn't
- Not a meditation course. No coach, no narration, no voice.
- Not a soundscape library. No browse-and-pick-a-vibe screen.
- Not a focus timer. The session is ninety seconds, short on purpose.
- Not a breathwork app. The breath rhythm is offered, not prescribed.
Two paces
On iPhone, set the pace once when you add the widget to Control Center, and long-press it any time to switch. On Android there are two Quick Settings tiles, Slow and Quick: add either one, or both.
- Slow. A 12-second cycle, about five breaths per minute. The rhythm associated with calm.
- Quick. An 8-second cycle, about seven and a half breaths per minute. Brisker, for getting back into focus.
The quiet posture
- No microphone access. No location access. No accounts. Nothing leaves your device.
- No streaks, no notifications, no analytics, no telemetry.
- One-time purchase. No subscriptions. No ads. No "Pro" tier.
- Music already playing dips while Ninety. plays, then returns to full volume on its own.
