The week-6 check. At signing we agree what the crew must do and how accurately. Six weeks after go-live we review it. If it isn't meeting that, you can stop there with no further monthly fees.

A day with the Finance crew
Overnight remittances arrive in the AR inbox. By morning they are matched to open invoices and filed; the few that don't match wait for your AR team with the reason. AR approves the matches and works only the exceptions.

What is crewCNX?
crewCNX is a team of AI agents built for your business by sthreelabs. Each crew has one area (marketing, operations, inbound leads, finance, order desk, sales desk or customer service), and each agent in it has one job. The agents do the work and propose it; a person on your team approves what goes out.
Can the agents post, send or spend on their own?
No. The agents have no credentials to send, post, spend, delete or write to your ERP. They prepare drafts, replies, plans and updates, and only work you approve goes out. Each agent's permissions are enforced in code, checked before every action.
Which systems do the crews work with?
Email and calendar, HubSpot, Slack or Telegram, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, Shopify, and ERPs with an API. Anything else gets a custom connector, scoped and quoted first.
What does it cost?
A setup fee per crew, billed at milestones, then a monthly fee that covers hosting, AI usage, monitoring, improvements and included change hours. Further crews, new agents and custom connectors are priced on top. Six weeks after go-live we check the crew against what we agreed at signing; if it isn't meeting it, you can stop with no further monthly fees. After that it runs month to month.
How long does it take to start?
A crew that already runs in production is usually live about three weeks after access is granted. A crew we build with you gets its timeline at scoping, since connecting a new system is usually the slow part.

Who owns the data?
You own your data and everything made for you. Each client's data is kept separate on a private US server and processed only by AI models you approve (Anthropic's Claude by default), under terms that keep it out of model training. If you leave, you get a full export and handover.
